It was a surprisingly nice day out, it was supposed to pour but it was sunny so I walked down to Tim Hortons to grab a coffee and donut before heading to a trail. Getting my steps in finally. The donut isn’t exactly healthy but I’m logging the calories and think I should be able to make my calories for the day just fine so why not? Who says you have to give up donuts? Shame.
